Description

A lead acid battery. Referred to as Auto Battery because they are most commonly found in vehicles, though they do have other applications in solar, computer battery backups, and more.

Specifications

• The must still be whole for us to purchase. Damaged or broken batteries are likely to be turned away. Normal wear and tear is fine, but melted and/or broken is not accepted.
• Must be lead acid. There are several different types of batteries including alkaline, Ni-Mh, Ni-Cd, and Lithium Ion to name a few common ones. Please check the label or ask one of our workers if you have a question.

Preparation Tips

• Remove wire and leads from terminals
• Avoid opening the batteries. If you come into contact with acid, wash the spot immediately.
